How is the price calculated?

$4.95 per page, based on your PDF’s actual page count. A 12-page file costs 12 × $4.95. You see the exact total before paying, with no minimum charge and no subscription.

Can I see the quality before paying?

Yes, that is the standard flow. Pick any page; it receives the same translation and delivery checks as the full document, then appears beside the original. Each account can run two one-page trials per UTC day. Paying for any document resets the allowance to two from that moment. There is also a monthly cap of ten free trials (trials you pay for do not count). You can also skip the trial and buy the full translation directly at any time.

When do I get a refund?

If we cannot deliver a usable translated PDF (no file produced, a file that will not open, blank pages, or a document left mostly untranslated), we automatically refund the full payment to the original payment method. Individual values we cannot confirm are flagged for review and do not count as failed delivery.

Can I change the translation afterwards?

Yes. Every delivered PDF opens in an online editor where you can change any sentence while the layout stays intact. The edited version becomes the file you download, at no extra cost.

What files are supported?

PDF only, up to 50 MB and 20 pages per document. If your file cannot be processed, you will know before any payment.

How long does a translation take?

A one-page trial can take several minutes. Full documents take longer, depending on their length and complexity. Your workspace shows live status throughout, and we email you when the translation is ready. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time.

Is text inside images translated?

Text in charts and flowcharts is translated, and scanned pages are rebuilt as complete translated pages. Stamps, signatures, and logos stay unchanged unless you explicitly request translation.

How is my document protected?

Your files are never used to train AI models. They are used only to provide the translation, and you can delete a document from your account at any time. Files are also deleted automatically 90 days after upload. See the Privacy Policy for storage and service-provider details.

Yes. A scanned page is rebuilt in the translation language with its layout preserved, rather than returned as plain text. Signatures stay unchanged; stamps and logos are left as-is unless you request otherwise.
